מטרת המסמך והיקף:
מסמך זה מתייחס למדיניות ההחזרה החלה על המוצרים שנרכשו על ידי לקוחות ("לקוחות") המוחזרים ל- Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ("Hikvision") לצורך תיקון או החלפה. במידה שהחוק המקומי של תחום השיפוט שבו התבצעה מכירת המוצר אינו עולה בקנה אחד עם הוראה כאן, והחוק המקומי כאמור אינו מתיר ויתור בהסכמה חוזית, אזי החוקים המקומיים הללו יחולו רק על היקף אי העקביות. כל חריג למדיניות זו המתבקשת על ידי לקוחות חייבת להיות מאושרת בכתב על ידי Hikvision. במקרה של התנגשות בין הפוליסה לבין כל אזור עסקי ספציפי של Hikvision, האחרון יגבר.
