Hikvision UK therefore requires the Technical Trainer North of England to provide a comprehensive training role utilizing the training centres in Doncaster, Glasgow & Manchester with field based training visits when required, always acting as the technical ambassador of the company and brand delivering the following key tasks:
- Delivering training on the following subjects HCSA, iVMS4200, HikCentral.
- The trainer will respond to correspondence and queries from customers and are dealt within an effective and prompt manner.
- Writing and delivering bespoke courses
- Identifying and supporting the training and development needs within partners and customers through sales team request and regular consultation.
- Provide coaching and professional development to team-members in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen and technical sales skills.
- Assisting in designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organisation’s and the individual's needs.
- Deliver and support demonstrations, training, exhibitions or roadshows relating to Hikvision products and solutions.
- Maintain and develop the companies adopted CRM system ensuring all data relating to customers, projects and support tickets are accurate and up to date.
Attend regular training meetings to maintain and further develop new relevant knowledge and skills based on the market and the company’s products and solutions.
