Job Description:

As a Commercial Display Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and providing pre-sales support for our commercial display solutions. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings

 

 

Position description:

  • Communicate with customers, regional sales and pre-sales engineers to gather feedback about their specific product requirements
  • Leading the testing, training and communication of new products or changes
  • Responsible for providing the sales and presales engineer team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to promote our products and solutions. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, technical documents, product trainings
  • Coordinating and building strong working relations with various internal organizations including: engineering, sales, marketing, product development and operations
  • Provide product consultancy to customers, sales, pre-sales engineers
  • Managing entire product life-cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide “go to market” strategy co-working with other departments in order to execute the plan
  • Analyse the market’s major competitors’ products according to regional requests

 

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced professional in physical/mechanical installation. As advantage, you have experience with commercial display (LED, LCD) products.
  • Preferred former role in product and solution offering or technical engineering. You are customer and solution oriented, able to think in a complete system.
  • You have at least basic knowledge in IP and network technology.
  • If you miss any of above, you are open minded and ready to learn.
  • Your interpersonal and communication skills are excellent and you are firm and accurate in information sharing. You always look for solutions – not excuses and you have real team spirit. You are innovative, convincing and an excellent networker.
  • You have a good level of both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • You accept 30-50% travelling in your territory, which we compensate with flexible working hours and home office.
