Chinese Speaking Commercial Display (dvLED) Product Specialist (Commercial Display team, Netherlands)

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for technical support of projects, including customer need analysis, technical communication and solution design

·        On a project delivery phase: on-site support during installation, troubleshooting in case of technical difficulties, communicate with China HQ support and R&D teams

·        Responsible for project solution testing, generating test reports and working closely with the product manager to manage product introduction and product promotion

·        Responsible for technical training to empower regional colleagues and customers

·        Create and maintain technical documentation

·        Support the pre-sales phase of the product, participate in product promotion

 

Requirements

·        Candidates with a background in Science, Technology, Engineering

·        Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications

·        Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies

·        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·        Detail oriented troubleshooting skills

·        High flexible to work onsite or office

·        An ability to work with diverse teams and team members (Product, Channel sales, etc.);

·        Good English and Chinese skills with the ability to use English and Chinese as a working and presenting language

·        Willing to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time)

·        Relocation to Netherlands

 

Our ideal candidate:

·        experience in presales engineering, technical consultancy or solution design roles within dvLED industry

·        hands-on experience with display technologies (e.g., calibration tools, video processors, CMS platforms) and their application in enterprise environments

·        ability to translate client pain points into scalable technical solutions

·        proficiency in managing multiple presales cycles concurrently, prioritizing tasks in fast-paced scenarios (e.g., retail rollouts, event-driven deadlines)

·        knowledge of AV/IT integration, network protocols

·        ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining precision in internal communications

 

Account Manager (Sales, Ireland)

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with experience in electronic security, who excels at building strong relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with integrators, end-users, specifiers, and distribution partners to promote Hikvision’s products and solutions, ensuring sustained growth and enhanced business performance in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Promote Hikvision products and services to business partners, including systems integrators, installers, and end-users across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

·        Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, arranging meetings and presentations with potential partners.

·        Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to business partners, ensuring they understand the value of Hikvision’s solutions.

·        Introduce and engage partners in the Hikvision Value Added Solution Partnership Program, securing their active participation.

·        Collaborate with branded product distribution partners to meet business partners’ requirements and deliver exceptional service.

·        Provide accurate and timely reports to support business operations and management decisions.

·        Deliver product and commercial training to business partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell Hikvision solutions.

·        Actively support marketing events, exhibitions, and initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.

 

Key Requirements:

·        Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the electronic security or CCTV industry.

·        Strong understanding of industry standards, channels, and market sectors.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.

·        A positive attitude, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Willingness to undertake frequent business travel within Northern Ireland, with occasional trips to Dublin and London.

·        Initiative, Honesty and Integrity.

 

Qualifications:

·        A-Level, HNC/HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not essential).

·        Experience in new business acquisition and managing client relationships.

·        Location: Northern Ireland (with occasional travel to Dublin and London)
