To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a: French speaking Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide written and telephone-based support to French-speaking customers and partners
- Analyze, classify, and respond to technical inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Document support cases in English for internal tracking and follow-up
- Conduct product testing and maintain related documentation
- Maintain and continuously update internal FAQs
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Support the local team during events and customer activities
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, electronics, or a related field
- Strong interest in customer interaction combined with a technical mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- German language skills are a plus
