Governance Structure Overview

Since the inception of the Company, we have been strictly following relevant laws and regulations such as the "Company Law", "Securities Law", "Code of Corporate Governance of Listed Companies", "Rules Governing the Listing of Shares on Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Companies Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No.1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies" as well as the requirements of the regulations and regulatory documents of the regulatory authorities, through continuous improvement of the "3+1" corporate governance structure comprising shareholders’ meeting, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, and the management taking into consideration the actual situation of the Company, and strictly follow the principle of disclosing information in a true, accurate, complete, timely and impartial manner; we have also established and improved internal management and control system, promoted the standardized operation of the Company and ensured the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and investors.
