Hikvision opens two new experience centers in France

January 7, 2022 - Hikvision, an IoT solution provider with video as its core competency, is happy to announce the opening of Hikvision Experience Centers in the regions of Le Mans and Lyon. Based in Neuilly Plaisance near Paris, Hikvision’s French HQ houses 65 employees dedicated to advising a network of distribution partners and system integrators across France.

Hikvision France HQ currently provides facilities to train technicians and specialized sales personnel in Hikvision products and solutions, and these training facilities will now be extended to Le Mans and Lyon. As an industry leader, Hikvision will provide training for three Hikvision certifications – HCSA, HCSP and HCSE with the aim of bringing users the best experience possible while using Hikvision products.

Hikvision is sensitive to the needs of the end-user and its R&D is constantly considering customer feedback in order to improve and develop products. Research and development is an important aspect of Hikvision’s leadership in the security industry, and it has R&D centers located across the globe with over 20,000 R&D employees in China, the UK, United States, and Brazil who all contribute to designing solution-oriented technologies.

Hikvision France is focusing on developing the retail, safe city, finance, logistics and transportation markets across France. With a dedicated team tasked with listening to the specific needs of these customers, Hikvision is in regular discussions with video product end-users in order to improve technologies and solve security and process challenges. Garnering this feedback enables Hikvision to create solutions that work to fit both specific and wider market needs.
