Participation and Engagement
1. Participants must capture nighttime live-view images using ColorVu 3.0 cameras, along with comparison images taken at the same location and time using other cameras or mobile phones. Images should be clear, visually engaging, and effectively highlight ColorVu 3.0’s superior low-light performance.
2. Participants are required to post the images on designated social media and share their personal opinions on ColorVu 3.0’s performance. Posts should tag the official account 'Hikvision Adriatic/Malta' and include the campaign hashtag #colourvu3. Hikvision may repost the photos to enhance its exposure.
3. While participating, please add the term "advertisement" by using the locally official language of that region at the beginning of the photos and post .
4. After posting, participants must complete a questionnaire via the provided QR code or link

Award Selection
1. Participants will be evaluated based on metrics such as overall image clarity, contrast, aesthetics, and visual appeal. Submissions that present a strong comparison between ColorVu 3.0 and other cameras, clearly demonstrating ColorVu 3.0’s superior nighttime performance, will receive higher consideration. All images must be aesthetically pleasing and taken from real installation sites, rather than simple indoor tests.
2. The final winners will be determined by the Hikvision internal team. The final winners will be rewarded with a ColorVu 3.0 camera (1X47G3H series), with the option to choose from bullet, dome, or turret models (DS-2CD1X47G3H-LIU, X = 0, 1, 3, T).
3. Hikvision will review all participation records and finalise the selection and evaluation of participants. The winners will be officially announced in February 2026, and prizes will be awarded via the relevant national distributors.

1. There are no restrictions on the content or style of the published photos, but please follow any applicable rules of the social media platforms and the relevant laws and regulations, avoid infringing Hikvision’s or any other third parties’ rights, and in a manner that is not misleading, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive, including without limitation.
2. Published photos shall not contain any content that violates the privacy or image rights of any subjects, including recognisable facial images captured without the authorisation of the data subjects. If any identifiable individual is present in the photos, participants must obtain written authorisation and consent from each data subject, granting permission to both the participant and Hikvision for the processing and publication of such images.
3. Published photos shall not contain or transmit any harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory information, shall not promote unlawful violence, or otherwise be illegal or cause damage or injury to any person or property.
4. Published photos shall not in any way infringe intellectual property rights, reputation or integrity pertaining to Hikvision.
Company’s Right
1. All information submitted in connection with this event will only be used for confirmation of winners and delivery of the award, and will be treated in accordance with applicable laws, regulations of the eligible territory and the Privacy Policy. https://www.hikvision.com/europe/policies/privacy-policy/
2. Participants retain the copyright of the photos published in this campaign, and by participating in the campaign, participants agree to authorise Hikvision the perpetual rights, free of charge, to utilise, repost, and create derivative materials from the photos, for the purpose of promotion and marketing globally. In case of any objections, participants may contact us, and both parties shall engage in an amicable negotiation.
3. Hikvision reserves the right to take legal action against any infringements to the company.
4. Hikvision reserves the right to revise the rules of this event without further notice, the interpretation of the rules above is reserved by Hikvision.
5. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate the winner’s right to claim the prize in case a fraudulent/illegal activity is suspect, or the winner does not follow the campaign terms and conditions.
6. The Company is not responsible for any damages, injuries, disappointments or any emotional damages arise from the Company’s social media activity or during prize claiming.
7. The Company is not responsible for any loss or stolen of the participant’s information due to technical problems or a third party’s activity.
