Hikvision Europe sells products only through authorized distributors. We deeply value our industry partners and take pride in the collaborative relationships we have built to expand the reach of our innovative technology products and solutions. These authorized distributors have been committed to serving as a link in the Hikvision Europe value chain by delivering excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer service, including specialized local sales engineering support.
Unfortunately, not every distributor advertising Hikvision products has been authorized to advertise or sell those products. We strongly advise potential customers to avoid purchasing these “gray market” products from unauthorized sources. Unauthorized distributors may offer counterfeit, used, or damaged products. As per Hikvision policy, these products are not covered by any warranty, and related sales and technical services will not be available.
We recommend customers to purchase only from authorized Hikvision distributors to ensure that you receive the benefits of our channel partner programs, dedicated technical support, project registration assistance, and full warranty coverage.
