Hikvision’s new DS-2CD7126G0/L-IZS Indoor Varifocal Queue Detection Dome Camera provides useful analytics to support better customer service for retailers of all sizes.

This camera features high definition output, and pairs Deep Learning technology for queue detection with VCAs (video content analytics) for better management of dwell and wait times for customers. Features include:

Automatically sends a notification when too many people are in a predefined area, or when a customer in the queue has waited for too long.
Provides statistics on the number of people queueing up, as well as the wait times for each line.
Easily generates reports that can be used to increase queue efficiency.
The camera also includes H.265+ video compression technology for bandwidth savings, ultra-low light DarkFighter technology for clear images in low light, and 140dB LightFighter technology for vivid images in blaring light.
