HikCentral Enterprise- Retail is a centralized and intelligent platform that combines reliable video surveillance functionality with intelligent application, helping retailers improve in-store service and increase store profits. HikCentral Enterprise-Retail is suitable for small or middle-sized chain stores, which increases the effectiveness and efficiency. It provides operation management, operation analytics, audit and rating, integrated control, video security, alarm detection and maintenance applications to meet the requirements of retailers who need a boost in operations, management, and more.

Operation management – The retail component supports customer and unauthorized-person archive management, searching and viewing store visit records of various types of persons (including customers, regular customers, unauthorized persons, strangers, etc.) , view visitor capture records, visitor comparison records, and search the captured pictures by uploading a picture. And store visit records are also available by mobile.

Customer traffic analysis – The retail component supports multiple customer traffic statistics, such as customer traffic analytics, Walk-In Rate Analytics, Customer Flow Direction Analytics, Customer Expression Analytics. It can exclude clerks and repetitive customers for more accurate customer traffic analytics (based on faces).

Audits and rating – Real-time random audits, timed random audits, on-site audits (via E-Store app), image scheduled audits, and video scheduled audits are featured. Users can submit deficiencies found in audits to the audited store for rectification. The deficiency center provides a closed-loop rectification procedure for any issues found in an audit, including rectification, submission of results, and review of the submitted results.
