Position summary

Reporting to the IT Director, the SAP SD/MM consultant will be in charge of SAP SD/MM module. The incumbent will be also in charge of E-Partner portal, B2B online order portal and OA workflow localization.

Essential job functions

Designing Functional Specification, involving custom reports, forms/outputs, interfaces, conversions and enhancements for SAP SD/MM module.
Translating customer and internal specifications for enhancements and extensions to EDI application interfaces and maps
A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Assist in establishing best processes for RMA activities.
Responsible for training and knowledge transfer to the process owner, as well as documentation of issues/resolution, alternative solution options, training and material for end users
Business blueprint analysis and optimize
Design the E-Partner portal, B2B portal according to business requirement and collaborate with developing team in HQ on the system implementation.
Design the OA workflow and work together with HQ developing team on the workflow implementation on OA or MOA system.

Qualifications

5+ years of SAP SD/MM implementation and maintenance experience
Must have a bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
Must communicate well with clients (both in person and via email or phone) from a wide range of technical understanding

Skilled as a team member, team leader or Project Manager on at least 3 full cycle implementations
Must have clear understanding of business process related to sales, supply chain and logistics
Must have strong knowledge of configuration in SAP SD, MM, EDI
Ability to assist in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, support, etc.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Must have ability to interact with all levels and work on projects with minimum supervision
