Position summary

The Junior Sales Representative - EZVIZ is responsible for achieving sales quota and account objectives. He/She will build, maintain, and expend relationship with the company’s customers. In additional, he/she will represent the company’s products, services, and solutions to customers, while managing the accounts’ planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by the Company.

Essential job functions

  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunities
  • Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to current and potential distributors
  • Open new accounts and potential customer to reach the target
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customers. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals for dealers
  • Assist with high severity issue escalations as needed
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up metrics
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with distributors and dealers
  • Follow up on sales leads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales call activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Sales Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, RMA personnel, Accounting, Logistics, Product Management, etc., in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Other sales duties as assigned

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Available to travel
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
  • Available to work in a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
  • Hardworking and willing to grow together with company

Education/Experience

  • Experiences in security industry including CCTV surveillance, access control, related equipment, etc. a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
