Responsibilities
Responsible for technical support of projects, including need analysis, technical communication and solution design.
Responsible for project solution testing, generating test reports, and working with the product manager to manage product introduction.
Responsible for technical training to empower regional teams.
Participate in organizing technical documentation and maintaining the central technical document platform.
Support the pre-sales phase of the product, and collaborate with product managers and the Marketing department to promote the product in the market.
Competences
Candidates with a background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics are preferred;
Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications.
Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented troubleshooting skills.
High flexible to work onsite or office.
An ability to work with diverse teams and team members (Product, Channel sales, etc.).
Good English and Chinese skills with the ability to use English and Chinese as a working language.
Fluent in at least one of following languages: English, French, Spanish, Polish; both written and verbal.
Willing to travel frequently.
Work Location:
For Product Tech-Support Manager-English, you will be base in France or Spain.
