Update on Provision of Warranty Services via COP UK
Dear Valued Partners, Customers, and Stakeholders,
Following our announcement last week regarding the termination of our distribution agreement with COP UK, we write to provide an update to our customers on how we intend to handle any warranty transactions in the future for any products previously purchased via COP UK.
As previously stated, we want to maintain the highest levels of after sales service and support for our brand in the market. We will honour all warranties for products previously sold via COP UK.
In the past week, it is our understanding that COP UK have sold their entire Hikvision stockholding. Therefore, their ability to offer support with the provision of immediately available replacement products, should that be required, is severely diminished.
We have taken the decision to terminate the agreement for COP UK to provide ongoing warranty support services with effect from 1St August 2025. Between now and then, we are asking COP UK to work with us to finalise and close down any warranty claims or repair transactions already in the process.
Going forward, with immediate effect, we are grateful to our remaining national distribution partners detailed below for their support in offering to transact warranty claims for product previously purchased via COP UK.
