About the job
Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) Marketing & Operations Intern (6 months)
Role Overview
This role is responsible for centralized content operations, user growth, and country enablement for the Hik-Partner Pro (HPP) marketing modules across Pan-Europe, including Explore / Events / Banner (and related placements). The position drives daily active usage and content performance through content planning and operational excellence, builds tracking and benchmarking mechanisms to improve execution quality and efficiency across countries. By operating HPP marketing modules, the role contributes to key KPIs such as user verification/certification, DAU, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Central Content Operations: HPP Marketing Modules (Explore / Events / Banner)
Central publishing and content planning for non-self-operated countries
- Own publishing, updates, and maintenance of Explore / Events / Banner content for countries managed centrally (i.e., countries without independent local operations).
- Establish and maintain a regular communication cadence with in-country marketing stakeholders to align on monthly priorities (featured/promo products, campaigns, key milestones), and translate this into a monthly content plan.
Increase Explore adoption and engagement
- Use Explore content strategies to increase the proportion of HPP users actively participating in the Explore module, boosting engagement and retention.
Performance tracking and optimization loop
- Track monthly performance for centrally managed countries: DAU, reads/views, interactions, top content, and conversion/click-through (if applicable).
- Provide clear optimization actions, run post-campaign reviews, and close the loop with measurable improvements.
Regional Operations Enablement: Country Admin Support & Governance
Enablement through training, templates, and quality oversight
- Provide training and ongoing operational support (Q&A) for country administrators on operating Explore / Events / Banner.
- Identify and summarize patterns behind top-performing content (formats, structure, copywriting, visuals, timing) into reusable guidance.
- Build and maintain publishing templates and asset/tool packs for Explore / Events / Banner, leveraging best-performing country examples and competitive insights.
- Establish a quality monitoring mechanism: for self-operated countries with consistently low performance, proactively diagnose root causes (language, topic, timing, frequency, channel mix, etc.) and propose solutions.
Publishing cadence and governance
- Monitor country publishing cadence and planning—especially in markets with ownership changes or content gaps—and provide executable cadence recommendations and follow-up mechanisms to ensure stable output.
Analytics & Performance Management
Monthly reporting and insights
- Produce monthly analyses for self-operated countries and incorporate insights into the HPP monthly report: Explore user trends, content reads, active user changes, and top content rankings.
- For underperforming countries, deliver practical and specific recommendations (e.g., language adjustments, posting-time changes, topic/structure optimization, template replacement).
EU Explore ranking & benchmarking system
- Design and implement an Explore ranking/benchmarking framework suited to Europe (metric definitions, weighting, evaluation cycle, and suggested incentives/recognition).
- Drive adoption through communication and feedback collection, establishing a sustainable annual benchmarking mechanism.
Support HPP Campaign Planning & Execution
Quarterly theme campaign leadership
- Partner with the Marcom team to lead one themed operational campaign per quarter, coordinating content and event linkages and enabling cross-country collaboration.
Best-practice deliverables
- Create one quarterly best-practice package (case studies, reusable templates, methodology) to strengthen engagement with regional and country teams.
Playbook development
- Build and continuously iterate the HPP Content Operations Playbook, including FAQs, templates, KPI definitions, and a case library to reduce repetitive communication and improve execution consistency.
Internal incentive program
- Design and promote internal recognition/incentives (e.g., Best Content Award, Growth Contribution Award, Most Improved Award, Template Contribution Award) to increase participation and motivation across countries.
