The Business Development Manager will be a strong networker and a proven salesperson in sourcing new business / developing existing customers, must be experienced in the electronic security market. The job holder will work with integrators, end-users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance Hikvision and reputation business performance and ensure healthy sustained growth
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development (50%)
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Ireland
- Build and grow relationships with system integrators, installers, distributors, and end users
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective partners
- Deliver engaging presentations showcasing products and solutions
- Promote partnership programmes and drive partner engagement
Product Marketing (40%)
- Encourage specification of solutions within client projects
- Provide market feedback to support product and strategy development
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and industry exhibitions
- Act as a key voice of the customer within the business
Collaboration & Support (10%)
- Work closely with distribution partners to meet customer needs
- Deliver product training and commercial education to partners
- Provide accurate reporting and pipeline updates to management
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in new business acquisition, ideally within the security solutions industry
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland
