Improve the traffic efficiency and safety

Hikvision's intelligent traffic solution improved Indonesia's traffic management by automating ticketing processes and reducing human error. This digitalization improved road safety, efficiency, and transparency, positively impacting traffic conditions and the quality of life for local residents.

Support energy facility reliability

South Africa‘s electricity facilities faced threats from theft. To combat this, Hikvision provided solutions across vulnerable substations which enabled rapid responses to intrusions, significantly reducing theft and protecting over 1,000 substations. Consequently, the reliability of the electricity supply has been improved.

Enhance safety for communities

Hikvision partnered with a leading real-estate developer, AQAAR, in Ajman, UAE, to implement an AI-driven security solution that enhanced safety for 120,000 residents. This solution utilizes advanced technologies like ANPR and under-vehicle checks to prevent crime and ensure a secure community.

Hikvision contributes to nature conservation through our AIoT-powered environment monitoring system. With a strong focus on biodiversity protection and natural disaster prevention, we strive for a greener planet.

Protect endangered wildlife

Hikvision utilized advanced technology to support wildlife conservation in Africa, collaborating with a local NGO, Africam, to protect endangered species. Our high-resolution products support animal observation and promote conservation awareness, demonstrating our commitment to preserving biodiversity and fostering community partnerships.

Enhance urban air quality

In Daegu, South Korea, Hikvision provided PanoVu panoramic and PTZ cameras for an integrated atmospheric information system to address odor pollution from local industries. This system enabled real-time tracking of air quality and pollution sources, improving the urban environment and living conditions of local residents.

Support forest conservation

By the end of 2024, Hikvision had participated in fire prevention efforts across 264 forests globally. By enhancing fire prevention through thermal imaging technology and intelligent detection, Hikvision continues to contribute to effective oversight and long-term protection of these vital ecosystems.

Hikvision provided LATINA Construction and Drilling with explosion-proof cameras for their oil platform management system. These cameras enhanced fire detection and perimeter protection, optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks to support staff safety, site security, and stable operations.

Enhance logistics security and efficiency

Hikvision provided a comprehensive security solution for PKM Logistique's new logistics site in France, which includes over 120 products, such as 4K IP cameras and thermal cameras, ensuring high-level security for truck parking to meet TAPA standards and enhancing the protection of high-value goods.

Protect assets in the farming industry

Hikvision implemented a thermal and video imaging solution for the Verace Cooperative Farm in Italy. The system used machine learning to detect and track poachers, providing real-time alerts and significantly reducing theft, thus efficiently protecting valuable seafood products.

Hikvision collaborated with Kepler Vision Technologies to enhance care for vulnerable clients in residential facilities using AIoT technology. This approach significantly elevated the efficiency and quality of healthcare by enabling timely assistance and care delivery, while reducing false alarms and rigorously maintaining privacy through blurred images.

Support animal protection in the community

Hikvision contributed to the safety of stray animals in Turkey by donating our ColorVu cameras to a new shelter. This technology allowed volunteers to monitor the grounds more easily and effectively, relieving the burdens on caregivers and enabling them to focus more on the animals’ well-being.

Advance education through digital innovation

Qassim University in Saudi Arabia transformed its campus into a digital oasis by implementing Hikvision’s innovative technologies, including a digital twin and smart campus solutions. Hikvision's AIoT technologies enriched cultural experiences in Dukezong, a historic town in China. By enhancing fire prevention and tourism digitalization, including online livestreaming, AR guides, and digital exhibitions, these innovations protected the town's rich heritage while enhancing visitor engagement and creating more memorable experiences.

Support fire prevention for an ancient wooden bridge

Hikvision contributed to fire prevention for the ancient Lanxi Bridge, which was built almost 500 years ago, by donating and implementing advanced fire detection technologies. These measures protect the wooden structure from fire hazards, ensuring the preservation of this cultural heritage for future generations.
