    General Description:  This role focuses on channel development. The successful candidate will proactively identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners to support the growth of the company’s product portfolio.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties:  

    Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed here:

    • Develop and expand channel customer relationships to support sustainable sales and market growth
    • Establish and execute channel and account development strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new business opportunities and target accounts
    • Proactively engage with prospective channel partners and, where applicable, existing accounts to drive channel expansion
    • Deliver value-added customer engagement, including product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoC)

    • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and provide timely market intelligence, insights, and feedback to support business planning and product development
    • Collaborate closely with sales, technical, operations, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery and alignment with channel strategy
    • Contribute to case studies, best practices, and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement across the team
    • Complete required reporting, KPI planning, and other ad hoc duties in line with business needs

     

    Qualifications, Skill & Experience (Essential):  

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, channel development, or business development roles
    • Prior experience in the security industry is preferred
    • Background in electrical, construction, trade, or other field-based industries will be highly regarded
    • Demonstrated ability to develop new customers and business relationships in competitive markets
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin
    • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value and solutions to customers
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills

    General Description: The Project Solution Presales Engineer is responsible for providing solution design, product support and technical consultation for professional product lines including thermal imaging, parking systems, traffic systems and mobile solutions. This role contributes to business growth by delivering competitive solutions, supporting key projects, and driving successful project implementation across the Oceania region.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties:  

    • Responsible for solution design and product support for professional product lines including thermal imaging, parking, traffic and mobile systems, and accountable for related business performance;
    • Conduct solution analysis, customer requirement evaluation and system architecture design to deliver end-to-end project solutions;
    • Support market promotion activities through technical presentations, industry solution development and customer engagements to generate sales opportunities;
    • Work closely with project sales teams, project pre-sales engineers and technical support teams to manage key projects and provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle;
    • Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC), system testing and solution validation, and manage technical risks effectively;
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and produce market and product analysis reports to maintain solution competitiveness;
    • Support vertical industry development and designated product lines in line with company sales strategy and business objectives;
    • Participate in solution training sessions for clients and internal teams when required.

     

    Qualifications skill and experience (Essential):

    Key Responsibilities::  

    • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour.
    • Gather information from customers regarding their cases, follow the process to accurately diagnose problems, and document details in the support ticketing system
    • Assist in drafting and updating technical documentation, including cheat sheets, how-to guides, and product function summaries
    • Support the hotline technical support team with product testing
    • Learn to document and manage technical support cases
    • Participate in the functional testing of new products and assist in creating internal training materials and presentations

    General Description: The position has a broad role of providing technical solutions to solve customer’s issues and optimize service quality.

     

    Responsibilities and Duties:  

    • Deliver a professional level of service at all times
    • Troubleshoot to ensure all customers’ issues are resolved timely
    • Provide technical training to key customers
    • Provide product promotion to customers regularly including new feature and new product promotion, marketing activity and training 
    • Work with product team and channel sales to release new products to customers on schedule 
    • Provide project delivery and maintenance support including installation guide, function demonstration, operation guide and issue resolving service etc. 
    • Collect and handle product requirements and business opportunity from customers 
    • Manage RMA cases and process 
    • Compile various technical documents based on cases and work experience 
    • Prepare correspondence and/or reports as required 
    • High quality achievement based on quarterly KPI plan

     

    Qualifications skill and experience (Essential):  

    • Fluent in English, Additional fluency in Mandarin language would be an advantage
    • Strong IT/Network skills and be action-oriented with good hands-on ability
    • Solution/deadline driven and high attention to details
