BIG Caring Group, one of Malaysia's leading pharmaceutical retailers with over 300 outlets nationwide, sought to strengthen its brand presence at its newly built headquarters. The company wanted to create an engaging visual centerpiece in the lobby that would effectively communicate its corporate identity and achievements to visitors and business partners. With limited space available and constant exposure to indoor lighting, BIG Caring needed a display solution that could deliver outstanding visual clarity while ensuring reliable, long-term performance.

Working with local integrator E-Bumi, BIG Caring selected a 14.75 m² Hikvision LED display (DS-D4025CS-1FD) for the lobby. The screen’s fine-pitch design provides smooth, high-resolution pictures, while its slim structure fits neatly into the limited area available. Even under warm incandescent lights, the display maintains bright, accurate visuals thanks to its flexible optical design. The LED wall is supported by Hikvision’s Video Wall Controller (DS-C60S-S6) and Digital Signage Box (DS-D60E-B), which together enable smooth playback and easy management of all media. The system allows staff to divide the screen into multiple sections, schedule content in advance, switch materials instantly, and update everything remotely from a central platform.

Since being installed, the LED display has transformed the lobby into an engaging communication space. It now runs around the clock, presenting corporate videos, community initiatives, internal events, and other content that helps visitors understand the company’s culture at a glance. The stable system performance and simple management tools have also reduced daily workload for BIG Caring’s team. With this upgrade, the headquarters now serves as a strong visual gateway to the brand, supporting the company’s continued growth and reinforcing its position as one of Malaysia’s most trusted retail pharmacy groups.
