Hikvision’s People Counting Density Cameras can facilitate social distancing and occupancy management in grocery stores, retail establishments, commercial buildings and more. People counting cameras accurately count people as they enter a building, track occupancy, and measure distance between people. Hikvision’s Indoor Dual-Lens People Counting Density Camera DS-2CD6825G0/C-IS and Hikvision’s Outdoor Dual-Lens People Counting Density Camera DS-2CD6825G0/C-IVS can accurately count people, keep track of occupancy or measure the distance between people by using dual-lens 3D vision with deep learning analytics. Both models feature Social Distancing Measurement for Safety (using Social Distance firmware) and Social Density Tracking for Safety (using People Flow Control firmware). The solution can be used in conjunction with multi-purpose digital signage.

The dual-lens cameras continuously calculate social distance. When the camera calculates that two individuals are closer than the minimum social distance for a few seconds, a notification can be sent to the desktop application and alarm device or public announcement system connected to the camera or NVR.
