II. Safety Support Time Description
Defined Security Support Period: Hikvision guarantees to provide security update support services for all the aforementioned 7-series camera models until June 30, 2031. During this period, Hikvision will continue to provide security services for the devices. This includes, but is not limited to, delivering patches for security vulnerabilities, virus database updates, to ensure the devices remain protected against various cyber security threats.
III. Important Notice
We strongly advise you to apply all available security updates and equipment upgrades in a timely manner before the End of Security Support (EOS) date to mitigate potential security risks.
For devices approaching their EOS date, we recommend planning your device upgrade or replacement in advance based on your operational and security requirements. Hikvision continuously launches new-generation products with more advanced security protection capabilities and smarter functions to better support for your business security and digital transformation.
