Instead of struggling with technical syntax, you can now type “Show me all visitors who entered the main lobby yesterday morning” or “Find red vehicles in parking lot B yesterday” and get instant, accurate results.
You can search in your own words in HCP with our enhanced text search powered by the LLM (Large Language Model)-augmented engine. Just click to enable the feature and start searching.
The real game-changer lies in the system’s multilingual capabilities and comprehensive search scope. Supporting up to 32 languages including English, Arabic, Japanese, and many others, HCP ensures languages that may not yet be supported on individual devices can be precisely understood when you’re searching on the platform.
Beyond language flexibility, the system seamlessly searches across multiple data types. When you query specific incidents, the system efficiently searches through video footage, ANPR records, access control logs, visitor management data, and alarm events all at once. This comprehensive approach eliminates the need for separate searches across different modules, ensuring that all relevant results from your entire security ecosystem are delivered in a single natural language query
Your data remains secure. All your critical data, including videos, images, database records, and search results, stay safely on your local server. The optional cloud enhancement serves a very specific and limited purpose: improving natural language translation for better multilingual support and search accuracy. When enabled, only the search text you input is sent to the cloud for language processing assistance. Your actual footage, records, and sensitive information never leave your premises. This targeted approach ensures that you adhere to the strict data security standards required in professional security environments while benefiting from advanced AI-powered language capabilities.
HikCentral Professional gives you full control over cloud connectivity and feature enablement. By default, the cloud-enhanced engine is disabled. When you’re ready to take advantage of enhanced multilingual capabilities, system administrators can easily enable the feature through a clear path: License Details → Smart Recognition → AcuSeek. You also have the flexibility to turn the feature on or off at any time, allowing you to balance enhanced functionality with your security requirements.
