Technical Support Engineer (HIKROBOT)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery plan of mobile robot projects, ensuring seamless on-site implementation, and providing excellent technical support services to our customers. If you have a strong background in mobile robotics, project management, and customer support, we want to hear from you.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Delivery Management:

  • Develop the overall delivery plan for mobile robot projects.
  • Monitor and follow up on the project plan, making necessary corrections to deviations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the successful execution of on-site project delivery.

 

 

On-Site Implementation and Technical Support:

  • Lead on-site project delivery, providing customers with AGV on-site implementation services.
  • Offer technical support services during on-site implementation.
  • Track, provide feedback, and coordinate the resolution of on-site product and technical problems.
  • Quickly and efficiently solve customers' technical problems.

 

 

Problem Resolution and Risk Management:

  • Identify and control project risks related to technical aspects.
  • Coordinate with various teams to address on-site product and technical issues.
  • Implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

Customer Training and Support:

  • Provide training for customers on technical parameters, product performance, and operations.
  • Tailor training programs to meet specific customer needs.
  • Offer ongoing support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to utilize our products effectively.

 

 

Collaboration and Pre/Post-Sales Activities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams.
  • Conduct pre-sale functional demonstrations.
  • Engage in technical communication with customers.
  • Compete in product comparisons (PK) with competitors.
  • Oversee product installation, testing, and handle abnormal problems during and after the sale of products.

 

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in mobile robot projects.
  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly respond to on-site technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site project delivery and support.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
