Digital Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital Operations Team as a Digital Operations Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital platforms, contributing to an enhanced user experience for our customers, partners, and colleagues.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Digital Platform Operations:

  • Execute daily company’s digital platforms (website, App, etc) content and operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide support for the Pan-EU regional digital platforms, collaborating with regional teams to meet specific needs.

 

Campaign and Project Support:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Operations Team in the planning and execution of campaign requests, daily work requests, and various project initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources for digital campaigns and projects.

 

Website Maintenance and Improvement:

  • Maintain the official company website to reflect current information and align with brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and implement improvements accordingly.

 

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Pan-EU central teams and Pan-EU regional teams to ensure seamless coordination of digital initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding digital operations and content updates.

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on the website and app to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure content is consistent, error-free, and complies with relevant standards and regulations.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational Background - Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin would be a preference
  • Digital Platform Expertise - Demonstrates a solid understanding of content management systems and digital platforms.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills - Exhibits excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Attention to Detail - Meticulously detail-oriented with a dedicated commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Communication and Collaboration - Possesses outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and Organized - Highly organized and proactive, adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical and Results-Driven - Displays an analytical and results-driven approach, utilizing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
