Responsibilities Overview:

Conduct comprehensive operational management of the country, identifying and capitalizing on new markets and business opportunities.
Enhance the company's brand influence and market share in the region.
Build and lead a high-performing national operational unit, ensuring compatibility with strategic goals.
Implement and oversee training programs, rotating through various positions including technology, sales, and product roles.
Successfully complete corresponding assessments during the training period.
Collaborate with teams across various European countries, adapting work and training locations based on actual circumstances.

Knowledge Skills

Fluent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Network/IT basic knowledge.

Competences:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Marketing).
Previous experience or internships in smart IoT-related roles is a plus.
Ability to adapt to diverse working environments across European countries.
Willingness to travel based on business needs.
