We actively perform research into legislative, law enforcement and judicial practices in the field of anti-monopoly, optimize our system of fair competition rules, and provide trainings to employees to ensure compliance.

Trade Compliance

As a global company, Hikvision is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities and obligations on trade compliance. We are dedicated to complying with applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, including, but not limited to, applicable export control and economic sanctions regulations of the UN, China, US, and EU. We work continuously to improve our global trade compliance system in line with the industry's best practice.

Data Protection

Hikvision values and prioritizes data protection, and stays committed to supporting and complying with applicable data protection laws and regulations. We have implemented robust data protection safeguards and will continue to invest significantly to meet security requirements as new regulations are enacted.

We adhere to rigorous global standards and undergo third-party audits regularly. Hikvision meets internationally recognized standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 38505, ISO 27701 and ISO 29151.

Respect for Human Rights

Our respect for human rights is embedded in the company’s governance, policies, and business operations.

Hikvision honors the human rights as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
