Hikvision Australia P/L sells Hikvision products only through authorized distribution partners. We value our industry partners and are proud of the relationships we have developed to help expand the use of our innovative products and solutions. These authorized distribution partners have committed to serve as a link in the Hikvision value chain by providing excellent pre- and post-sale customer service.

Unfortunately, we have noticed Hikvision products of unknown origin, are sold through eBay Australia, which is not Hikvision’s authorized distribution partners, and we would like to provide below necessary information to all Hikvision Customers.

Risk of buying through eBay in Australia

Hikvision products selling in Australia using unique Australia Firmware, for products from eBay, it may have compatibility and other potential issues;
Hikvision products selling in Australia apply to local regulations, such as RCM certification, for products from eBay, it may not apply to local regulations, which may cause legal matter;
For products from eBay, as those products are no longer in original factory condition, Hikvision warranty is void, Hikvision Australia carries no RMA obligation and responsibility
on such cases.

Rights and benefits for buying through HIKVISION authorized distribution partners

Local technical support and hotline service;
Specific Australian Region Only maintenance and upgrade firmware;
Local RMA service;
Local stock for immediate supply.
