Hikvision’s Social Distancing and Density Solution uses people-counting density cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), digital signage boxes, and our iVMS-4200 desktop application to calculate and notify business owners and managers when social density and distancing exceptions occur.

In the new normal, organizations face challenges enforcing social distancing space between people. These challenges grow with social density. Hikvision’s people counting cameras use deep learning algorithms to accurately detect and count people entering and leaving, helping businesses to overcome this challenge.

Various Hikvision devices can use people counting data to track occupancy and show when more people can safely enter a space or business. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a display and voice announcement alarm can instruct incoming visitors to wait before entering.
