Business Development Manager - Parking

 

HIKVISION is looking for a strong networker and an established salesperson with a strong background in Electronic Security. The job holder will be expected to effectively network with parking management sectors within the UK market.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build a short-medium – a long-term pipeline of new business through proactive engagement with various parking operators.
  • Prospect potential customers with support from numerous resources; build strong and sustainable relationships with end-users including shopping cetres, airports, city councils.
  • Identify and analyze target market trends, competitors, end-users, and other information, and give feedback to relevant personnel.
  • Gain market insights define commercial strategy and establish win strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, develop and maximize all opportunities for sales growth.
  • Introduce products/solutions according to requirements, and develop targeted measures of introduction.
  • Collaborate with the wider support team to maximize efficiency in preparing proposals.
  • Put forward an effective proposal to provide a solution to customers.

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving / over achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in pitching at senior level.
  • Previously sold to and a good understanding of parking operators.
  • Has a direct network with shopping centres, airports and city councils.
  • Desirable for knowledge of electronic security solutions.
  • An excellent reputation within the industry, having numerous senior contacts and connections.
  • The ability to drive new business opportunities through effective engagement with public service sectors
