Regional Sales Manager - Hunting and Infrared Thermography Market

Your job description:

Hikvision HIKMICRO Poland is now looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Warsaw office, who should have experiences in maintaining existing distributors with strategies and data analysis capability; developing Outdoor Hunting and Thermography market by approaching and building solid relationship with both Distributors and End Users, basic technical comprehension and support.

 

 

The successful candidate should be able to deliver on the following key tasks:

  • Bilingual: proficient Polish and fluent English, Chinese is a plus 
  • Great business sense 
  • Great communication and negotiation skills 
  • Initiative, Honesty and Integrity 
  • Positive and proactive 
  • Work closely with colleagues from different teams
  • Prepare market and sales reports required by the management
  • A good attitude to undertake multiple tasks and pressure
 

You are perfect candidate if you have:

  • Sales or Technical background, 2+ experiences in the security or IT industry is a plus
  • Experience in Poland Outdoor Hunting or Thermography markets is highly preferred
  • The ability to be open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
  • You are self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture
  • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal ability
  • Maintaining existing partners and cultivate good business relations and the brand penetration
  • Develop the target markets, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys 
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
  • Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
  • Acquire basic technical knowledge and provide technical support
  • Prepare reports required by the management
  • Ability to work well undertake pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Willingness to travel in Poland
