When you join a webinar, you need to provide your name and email to Hikvision. Hikvision collect these data to identify your identification and transmit them immediately to Zoom after identification. Hikvision will make your data Pseudonymous before transmit them to Zoom. Zoom will process your data to provide the webinar service to you. For details about what data Zoom collect and how Zoom will process your data, please refer to Zoom’s Privacy Policy.
Hikvision do not share your data with third parties except for transmitting them to Zoom. However, Hikvision’s employee may have access to your data in order to maintenance the webinar website, together with Zoom, or providing you services as you requested. We will only permit our employee on need-to-know basis to access to your data.
