Dock Management

The Dock Management add-on is mainly applicable to industries such as logistics and manufacturing. It realizes the digital management of vehicle entry & exit and dock loading/unloading operations in the industrial park, ensures the efficient and ordered vehicle operations, provides the traceable records of entire process, and improves operational management efficiency of the park

The new version has made many functional optimizations to improve user experience,such as

1. Adds the vehicle check-in and exit process.

2. Supports three check-in methods, including the manual check-in on the Web Client, QR code check-in, and auto check-in via license plate recognition.

3. Supports authorizing the exit permission for a single vehicle or multiple vehicles

4.Supports enabling/disabling the entry, post-operation, and exit inspections, and

configuring corresponding checklist in the workflow configuration

5.Supports the entry, post-operation, and exit inspections, and related

attachments uploading

6. Adds the dock scheduling process, including the dock

vehicle calling, vehicle queue sequence adjustment, expired vehicle operation.

7. Supports dock operations, including disabling/enabling a dock,locking a dock for VIP vehicles, and correcting the rear license plate number according to the
