OVERVIEW

Hikvision offers four levels of certification in Hikvision devices: HCSE, focusing on security system design training; HCSP focusing on advanced technical operations & complex principle training; HCSA focusing on basic and essential operations & maintenance training; and TTT, an intensive course designed to help shape a common perspective and approach toward training methodology in Hikvision.

 

These courses take place in one of Hikvision’s dedicated training rooms.

HCSE Program

HCSE focuses on security system design training with Hikvision security devices. It is designed for technical elites who design whole security systems and provide vertical solutions. Trainees must pass HCSA & HCSP training before applying for HCSE certification.


HCSP Program

HCSP focuses on advanced technical operations & complex principle training on Hikvision security devices. It is designed for technicians with at least 3 years of security work experience who are skillful at solving complicated technical problems. Trainees must pass HCSA training before applying for HCSP certification.


HCSA Program

HCSA focuses on basic and essential operations & maintenance training on Hikvision security devices. It is designed for security technical engineers who have worked in the security industry for several years and gained some security basics.


TTT Program

TTT is an intensive course designed to help shape a common perspective and approach toward training methodology in Hikvision. The TTT covers the most relevant aspects of training, from the foundations of learning theories to practical skills for planning and delivering training.

Certification

Hikvision issues certificates to participants who pass the various certification levels.

 

Successful participants receive their certificates after approximately 2 months. Hikvision stands by its certifications within the time period recorded. Individuals can show their certifications to current or prospective employers as a recognized industry achievement.


Four types of certification can be provided:

  • Hikvision Train The Trainer To Train (TTT) Certification – valid for 2 years
  • Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HCSA) Certification – valid for 2 years
  • Hikvision Certified Security Professional (HCSP) Certification – valid for 2 years
  • Hikvision Certified Security Expert (HCSE) Certification – valid for 2 years

 

Notes: 

* PSM modules required certain minimum credits for HCSP and HCSE certifications within 1 year. Certificate will be provided by modules for successful candidates.

* Trainees can register 3 months prior to their expiration to update a certification by retaking the final exam.
