Hikvision, the world’s leading supplier of innovative video surveillance products and solutions, is proud to announce the opening of our new branch office for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the Airport Centre Zeppelinheim near Frankfurt Airport. The opening was celebrated with an invitation-only event for industry partners at Frankfurt City Palais.

With the new office, Hikvision is demonstrating our commitment to our suppliers and customers in the DACH region. The branch office will house training and showroom facilities focussing on both products and vertical solutions. This will allow our customers to try out our products and will provide local opportunities for training. In addition, the German-speaking after sales department will be located at the new office.

With the new office, we can also express the high value we place on our distribution partners and the relationships we have developed with them. Hikvision Europe has long placed a strong emphasis on only selling through authorised distributors to expand the use of our innovative technology products and solutions. In addition, Germany is Hikvision’s most important market in the EMEA region when it comes to video surveillance solutions.
