On April 17, Hikvision hosted an environmental, social and governance (ESG) conference at its headquarters in Hangzhou, highlighting the importance of integrating corporate social responsibility into its business operations. Bringing together senior consultants from external agencies and Hikvision employees, this event is one of the company’s continuous efforts to ensure that the employees are well versed in corporate governance and compliance.

The conference featured speakers from the fields of public policy, legal and regulatory compliance, and etc., providing thought leaderships and trainings ranging from human rights compliance, business ethics, to the international landscape that the company operates in. The sessions were well received by the attendees, including Hikvision’s country managers responsible for business activities in global markets, as well as many employees from different diverse divisions, from R&D to marketing arms.
