In today's dynamic business landscape, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has emerged as a trending topic and a powerful tool that enables companies to make a positive impact on society. Hikvision’s ESG management system is built upon the integration of corporate social responsibility and a sustainable development into our business operations. We have identified "Tech for a Better World" as the core of our ESG management and practices, with four key focus areas: Integrity and Compliance, Green and Low-Carbon Development, Harmonious Co-existence, and Commitment to Excellent Quality.

1. Integrity and Compliance: Robust governance with a positive impact

Hikvision's commitment to optimized governance and enhanced compliance sets the stage for a promising future. Our diverse Board of Directors establishes comprehensive internal management regulations and promote standardized operations, which empowers the company to make meaningful contributions to society at large. Meanwhile, we have seamlessly integrated compliance into our global presence. The Global Advisory Committee provides the ESG management team with compliance insights and expertise, and the Technical Ethics Committee facilitates practices that align technology with ethical responsibility.

2. Green and Low-Carbon Development: Diverse innovations towards a greener footprint

One of Hikvision’s top priorities as a company is to operate in a greener, more sustainable way and to protect the environment for future generations. To achieve this, we innovate our ESG products and services to save energy and reduce waste, while also transitioning to greener design and manufacturing processes and minimizing the carbon footprint of our office parks and other locations. All of these efforts contribute to minimizing waste and other negative environmental impacts.

3. Harmonious Co-existence: Embracing responsibility for shared prosperity
