Why become a ColorVu Ambassador?
How it works
1. Share your images or videos taken by ColorVu cameras on LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #colorvuambassador and tag our account (@Hikvision Australia and New Zealand).
2. Alternatively, you can share your files via a drive link or a compressed file and send them to marketing@hikvision.com.au.
Every month, we choose a new ambassador to join our esteemed ranks. Don't worry if you're not selected initially – you can always re-join the selection for another chance at becoming our next ambassador.
Selection Criteria:
1. Topics and content: Ensure that the content effectively highlights the features and advantages of Hikvision ColorVu series cameras.
2. Content quality: The quality of images/videos, creativity, and writing style, ensuring high standards in terms of visuals, messaging, and overall presentation.

How does ColorVu+X improve security?
Hikvision’s panoramic cameras with ColorVu harness pioneering pixel-level image registration technology with Hikvision’s image fusion algorithm to stitch together a 180-degree horizontal field of view, delivering brilliant and seamless panoramas with more lively details. Wide-area security footage helps improve situational awareness and reduces the amount of cameras required for comprehensive monitoring, aiding cost efficiency.
Varifocal cameras adapt to various scenarios by changing the camera’s focal length. Hikvision’s Varifocal Cameras with ColorVu are designed with fixed F1.0 large aperture, which guarantees image brightness while the camera zooms in or out.
ColorVu-enabled cameras render vivid colour images in dim light, even down to 0.0005 lux – that’s the same lighting as a moonless, starlit night. This incredible capability to intensify minimal ambient light is achieved through two advanced features:
Combining ColorVu technology with AcuSense, cameras are able to capture human & vehicle targets with vivid colour. Connected to Hikvision’s back-end products, users will enjoy improved details in video playback and more efficient footage searches.
