    Job Title: Business Development Manager – VIC/TAS

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic growth plans and hit sales growth target in the assigned territory (VIC/TAS)
    • Give presentations and demonstrations to the industry (technical background of CCTV/Intercom/Access Control required)
    • Build/grow strong relationships with System Integrators/Security Consultants/End Users to have Hikvision solution accepted/specified
    • Conduct market research and finding new opportunities/projects for Hikvision

    Role Requirements:
    To be successful for this role you must be able to display the following:

    • A successful track record in sales, or demonstrated business development skills
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Electronic Security Industry
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication both internally in the company and externally to the industry
    • Proven abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners across all levels of an organisation
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales engagements
    • Familiar with IT tools such as Office and Salesforce
       

    The new BDM will receive Product Training upon commencing in the role.  A base salary, car allowance, bonus scheme and superannuation will be offered in line with the person’s experience.

    Job Title: Account Manager – NSW

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Establish and perform the account development strategies to promote project market in NSW.
    • Identify the opportunities and target accounts.
    • Build relationships with prospects or existing accounts.
    • Deliver product presentation, demonstration, and Proof of Concepts (POC).
    • Carry out vertical industry/regional customer research.
    • Design and present Hikvision product offerings, organize tender response, and reply RFI or RFP.
    • Represent Hikvision on major customer events to strengthen customer relationship and generate leads.
    • Liaise with support teams to ensure product solution are successfully delivered.
    • Contribute to case study and duplicate successful practices.
       

    Role Requirements:

    To be successful for this role you must be able to display the following:

    •  10+ years of solid technical/account management experience in CCTV/Intercom/Access Control. Knowledge of Hikvision product offering preferred.
    • Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Good to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer.
    • Excellent listening, problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent organisation skills and proven ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure.
    • Fluency in English essential.
    • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce and related technologies.
    • Willingness to travel.
