Hikvision wins Detektor International award

DeepinView network camera awarded Innovation Achievement Award 2017

 

Hikvision, the world’s leading supplier of innovative video surveillance products and solutions, is pleased to announce that it has won the Detektor International Award for Innovation Achievement award for the iDS-2PT9122IX-D/S DeepinView network PTZ camera.

 

This is the world’s first ever smart outdoor dual sensor “Deep Learning” camera. Featuring a panoramic lens on the top and a PTZ lens at the bottom, the DeepinView series 2MP + 2MP 10x network PTZ camera is able to capture sharp images of objects both in distant and close-up views. Integrated with the Movidius Myriad 2 Vision Processing Unit (VPU) technology, it can accurately detect, recognise, and analyse human and vehicles ranging up to 40 metres with an accuracy level of around 99%.

 

The judges said: “With this new network security camera – Hikvision takes technology beyond Smart and proves its impressive innovation capability.”
